You can order directly on Planeteleds.fr 24 hours a day. To do this, simply click on the Add to basket button on the right of the products that interest you. All orders placed before 3 p.m. are dispatched the same day from Monday to Friday, subject to the immediate availability of the products ordered.

You must imperatively check before each of your orders that the product is available. The availability and / or delivery times are indicated on each product sheet. Please note, some products are not stored here and therefore are indicated "delivered within X working days".
You also need to check if you have not chosen the "pick up on site" delivery method by mistake. If this is the case and you want to be delivered, please contact us by phone to solve the problem.

The amount and time required for delivery vary depending on the carrier you choose and the destination of your package. For Metropolitan France, the terms are as follows:
Lettre Suivie : 1.99 € within 24 to 72 hours*
GLS Chez vous : 6.90 € within 24 to 48 hours*
GLS Point Relais: 7.90 € within 24 to 48 hours*
GLS Avant 13h : 11.90 € the next day before 1 p.m.*
Colissimo: 12.90€ within 48 to 72 hours **
Livraison dans la journée en Ile de France: 34.90€ if ordered before 11am**

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. There is no shipping on weekends and holidays.
Provided that the product is clearly indicated 'available' on the website, if you order before 3 p.m., your order is dispatched the same day.
If you choose standard delivery, delivery will be made 24 / 48H. If you choose express delivery, delivery will be done the next day. (only for shipments in Metropolitan France)
Please note that some of our products are indicated "delivery within 5 working days" or "delivery within 5 to 10 working days" and will therefore not be dispatched the same day.

If you receive a parcel or product that has been damaged during transport, you have 72 hours (3 working days) from the date of receipt to make the complaint through our after-sales service. After this period, no claim will be taken into account.
It is your responsibility to make the necessary checks on arrival of the package and to enter the detailed reservations on the delivery note of the carrier. If the package arrives in very bad condition, it is advisable to refuse it.

Here is the procedure to reset your password:

In general, no LED or xenon bulb that you install in low beam and / or high beam can be approved unless this product has received a reception form from the DRIR which would validate the installation of this product on a vehicle. As soon as you modify the lighting system of your vehicle with a product other than the original, the lighting system is no longer in its original configuration.
These products are generally tolerated but we do not have the right to say and to affirm that this one is approved on road.
On the other hand, since January 2016, your CT agent does not have the right to refuse a vehicle on the pretext that you have installed LEDs or xenon lamps to replace original halogen bulbs. The only reason why the vehicle can be refused is if the light beam illuminates too high, is not up to standard or dazzles the users in front.*

Some recent and electronics cars don't detect LED bulbs because of their low consumpàtion and then display an error message on the dashboard. In that case, you need to choose CANBUS or "error-proof" bulbs that create a decoy so there is no more error display.
If despite all this, the default is still displayed, only additionnal resistors can solve the problem.

A simple test can allow you to make an initial diagnosis. Just swap the two bulbs on your vehicle. If the bulb lights up when placed on the other side, then the car is probably the problem. If it remains off then the bulb is no longer working.
